HELP CENTRE
what we believe in
-
JUS believes that people are full of untapped skill, experience and potential. We believe that with the right access, support and trust, more people can earn, contribute and feel valued in their communities.
-
JUS exists because too many people are underutilised, underpaid or unsure where their next opportunity will come from, while everyday needs in homes and communities go unmet. We believe those two challenges can help solve each other.
-
JUS wants to create flexible, local opportunities that help people earn on their own terms. For some, that might mean extra income; for others, it could be a pathway back into work, a way to rebuild confidence, or the first step towards something bigger.
-
We believe stronger communities are built through everyday connection. When local people support local people, money stays closer to home, trust grows and small interactions can create meaningful change.
-
Changing lives doesn’t always start with something huge. It can start with someone earning again, feeling useful again, being trusted again or getting the help they need from someone nearby. JUS exists to make more of those moments possible.

Yes. Suppliers can review the job and the customer before accepting. This helps suppliers decide whether the work is right for them.

Customers and suppliers can communicate through the platform’s chat function once the job has been accepted and diarised.
