COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines are intended to be read in conjunction with the terms and service relevant to the Jus Global platform (Platform). Capitalised terms in these Community Guidelines have the same interpretation as set out in those terms of service unless otherwise specified.
These Community Guidelines apply to your use of the Platform in any way, including: (i) any material that you upload or share to the Platform or generate on or via the Platform (including, but not limited to, any content that you upload to our community forums, and reviews you submit about other users) (User Content), (ii) any contact you make with other users (including, but not limited to, private messages exchanged between users via the chat function), links to the Platform, and any other ways you use the Platform (Message), and (iii) any Services that are arranged through or as a result of your use of the Platform.
Jus Global UK Ltd (we, us, our) will determine, at our discretion, whether any User Content, Messages or other use of the Platform breaches these Community Guidelines. If a breach is identified, we may take action including to remove any User Content or Message, limit access to the Services, suspend or permanently cancel the relevant user’s account.
If you consider or suspect that another user of the Platform has violated these Community Guidelines, or you see something that violates these Community Guidelines, you must report this breach to us as soon as possible by contacting us on hello@findyourjus.com
Account Eligibility
You may not use or access the Platform if you are under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time to ensure user compliance our terms of service.
Unacceptable behaviours
You may not use the Platform:
In any way that breaches any local, national or international law or regulation.
In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect, or otherwise misrepresents or misleads any individual.
For the purpose of promoting or infighting harm, hatred or violence, including against anyone or any group of people.
To bully, insult, defame, abuse intimidate or humiliate any person(s).
To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, share, post, use or re-use any material which is inappropriate, harmful, damaging, pornographic or sexual, infringes a third party’s intellectual property or other right, otherwise does not comply with these standards, or is otherwise illegal or inappropriate.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
Standards for User Content
User Content:
Must be accurate (where it states facts). You must not artificially improve your public profile or otherwise include anything in your profile that misleads or can misrepresent.
Only contain opinions that are genuinely held. Fake reviews are not allowed on the Platform. These include reviews that conceal that the reviewer has been incentivised in some way to post the review, or where the review contains information that is false or misleading.
Must comply with the laws of England and Wales.
User Content must not:
Be defamatory of any person.
Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
Be likely to deceive any person.
Contain illegal content or promote any illegal content or activity.
Be threatening, abusive or invade another’s privacy, cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy another person.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act.
Illegal Content
In addition, you must not use our site in any way that involves the following:
Terrorism.
Child sexual exploitation or abuse including grooming and child sexual abuse material.
Hate offences.
Harassment, stalking, making threats or abuse.
Controlling or coercive behaviour.
Intimate image abuse.
Extreme pornography.
Sexual exploitation of adults.
Human trafficking.
Unlawful immigration.
Fraud and financial offences.
Proceeds of crime offences.
Drugs or psychoactive substance offences.
Firearms, knives and other weapons offences.
Encouraging or assisting suicide.
Foreign interference offences.
Animal cruelty
Services off the Platform
You may not use the Platform to arrange the provision or receipt of services privately, or other than via the Platform. By doing so you lose the ability to:
Access our third party secure payment system;
Provide feedback or review of the services provided by the Service Provider; and
Receive Customer Service support from us.
Account administration
You must not transfer your account to another person.
Fake photos and names are not permitted. Users who do not have an accurate profile photo or name that meets our standards may be asked to update their details to continue using the Platform.
